Frequently asked questions
What counts as a "search"?
Every time a user submits a query through the search widget or API, that counts as one search. Follow-up questions in AI chat each count as a separate search. Autocomplete suggestions don't count.
What happens if I go over my limits?
We'll notify you when you're approaching your limits. You can upgrade anytime. If you exceed limits, search will continue to work but with reduced priority. We never cut off access without warning.
Can I change plans later?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. When you upgrade, you get immediate access to new features. When you downgrade, the change takes effect at your next billing date.
Is there a free trial?
Yes! All paid plans include a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card required to start. You'll only be charged if you decide to continue after the trial.
What's the refund policy?

What is a "Search Group"?
Search Groups let you combine multiple sites into a single searchable index. For example, you could group your docs site, blog, and help center so users can search all three at once with one widget.
How does the crawler work?
Point the crawler at your website URL, and it will automatically discover and index all linked pages. It handles JavaScript-rendered content, respects robots.txt, and can be scheduled to re-crawl regularly.

Yes. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit. Each organization's data is completely isolated. We never share or sell your data.
